PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Katerina
Diamantis received her Juris Doctor degree with a Concentration in
International Law Practice from Nova Southeastern University School
of Law (NSU) in 2003. At NSU, she was a founding member and editorial
team leader of the NSU International Citator. Ms. Diamantis was also
selected and completed a judicial externship at the National Tribunal
of Criminal Proceedings N.13 (Juzgado Nacional en lo Criminal de Instrucción
N.13), for the Honorable Judge Alberto Seijas, in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Ms. Diamantis’ practice focuses on the area of Immigration,
Nationality and Consular law. She represents clients before the Immigration
Court, the Board of Immigration Appeals, and the offices of the United
States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
